The venue can be hired on an exclusive basis for up to 70 guests on any remaining date between 7pm and midnight for just £1,000 plus VAT, including:

• Exclusive use of two Grade II listed barns and licesed bar
• Varied menus from just £23 per person plus VAT
• Complimentary sparkling wine drinks reception from 7pm to 7.30pm
• Fully-staffed bar at pub prices, with house wine from just £11 per bottle
• Disco with professional DJ - Christmas decorations, tree and crackers

We can alternatively offer exclusive lunch-time hire from midday to 3.30pm (without a disco!) for just £500 plus VAT.
