We ensure exclusive use of the venue, guaranteeing peace and privacy for all corporate bookings.  Dodmoor house can accommodate up to 80 delegates - with NO minimum numbers.  Our daytime delegate rates (excl VAT) are as follows:

Quarter-day rate	(2.5 hours)	£20
Includes tea/coffee and biscuits on arrival, with tea/coffee available throughout the session
Half-day rate	(5 hours)	£30
Includes the above, with tea/coffee and cakes/scones at your morning or afternoon break
Full-day rate	(10 hours - 8am to 6pm)	£50
Includes the above, with bacon rolls on arrival, two-course buffet lunch, drinks and breaks

These rates only apply Monday to Thursday until 6pm (see party prices for evening bookings). They include:

• Exclusive use of our two main barns, meeting room, courtyard and licensed bar
• One 6ft screen, 2 × flipcharts, free mineral water, mints, notepads and pencils
• Free wi-fi access and off-road parking for up to 50 vehicles with CCTV coverage
• Three-course meals, BBQs or hot buffets for a £10/pp supplement to full-day rate
